Sneeze (2003)

In a white space that is enclosed by cloths, the walls are covered with prints of dust. The dust prints look like the prints left by furnitures after the residents move out. In the back of the cloth walls, I constantly touch the walls with my hands. And in the white space, two performers use vacuums to collect the dusts on the walls. After they finish collecting the dusts, the performers go to other spaces (spaces of other artists) to collect dusts while I go to other spaces to observe the performers. The whole show presents the blind movements and dust-collecting in an individualized space and later the gazing and cleaning in the public spaces.
